Whether it's that fried chicken recipe from Grandma, or the secret spices in your crab cakes, here's your chance to share your prized recipes with others, through our Delmarva Recipe Databank. We'll compile and present the recipes you send it and present them in our Food section - while sending a shout-out to the contributors.

To submit your recipe, just e-mail it to wboc@wboc.com. Please include complete step-by-step directions, with an ingredient list showing amounts. To personalize it, feel free to tell us something about the recipe source, how you learned it, and what it means to you.
